Totally rebuilt and refurbished with new equipment in 2010. Additional equipment upgrades continue on a regular basis. Studio A is all about music and movement.

Music + Dance = Fitness

With plenty of fitness classes to choose from – everything from Aerobics to Zumba – you’re bound to find something to move, groove and challenge you.

Studio A is also the Durham location of Saugeen Music School and performance venue for SMS showcases. And as the home office of Spirit Rock Records Inc., it features a project studio and small stage enabling students to engage in the recording process and work their chops before a live audience. This is also rehearsal space for Saugeen Rhythm Revival, SRR’s house band.
