With plenty of fitness classes to choose from – everything from Aerobics to Zumba – you’re bound to find something to move, groove and challenge you.

The Studio is also the Durham location of Saugeen Music School and performance venue for SMS showcases. And as the home office of Spirit Rock Records Inc., it features a project studio and small stage enabling students to engage in the recording process and work their chops before a live audience. This is also rehearsal space for Saugeen Rhythm Revival, SRR’s house band.
